The property was close to everything! They were very dog friendly, only about 6 minutes from a dog park and coffee shops (at least in the off season lol) the pool and hot tub worked great. People were making sure it was clean every few days! Each staff person we ran into was awesome. They also had breakfast in the morning that saved us money.

Most all was good, the bathroom had a fan that didn't work, the bathroom was small and sink area was small. Of course there was so daily cleanup service but if we needed additional towels they were supplied to us. The kitchen was fine, good food, hot, everything was clean, plenty of room and tables. It was quite hot in the pool area, too hot for us. But it looked clean and the kids were having fun.

The suite we had was spacious and clean and looked as though it’d been remodeled recently. The mattresses aren’t very comfortable unfortunately. Breakfast was good, lots of options and it was 100% stocked the whole time. We were surprised at the exterior of the property as it’s a Best Western and they are usually pretty stringent about upkeep. The exterior had peeling paint, the margins along the side of the parking lot were just tall weeds and there were 2 utility sheds that were in deteriorated condition. None of that really bothers us, the hotel was nice inside, but for some it may leave a bad impression just based on the outside.

The room was comfortable and clean, and offered great value for the price. The online listing had not made it clear that breakfast would be included; but we were happy to find that it was included, and it was better than we've seen at other, similar hotels in our past travels. We chose the hotel partly because it was listed as pet-friendly, and we encountered no difficulties trying there with our dog.

The front desk receptionist, Bobbie Joe, was outstanding! Somebody give her a raise! She was friendly, courteous, helpful, enthusiastic, and appeared to really enjoy her job. She was a great welcome into the facility. Loved the pool as well! Very well kept.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice location, with the cute downtown area nearby. The pool and hot tub were open until 11:00, and breakfast had a nice selection in a cozy room.

The location was close to downtown; it was quiet and the room was comfortable. The continental breakfast was mostly prepackaged items but was still ok and was nice to have on a busy schedule.
